Run- 8,3km in 50 min. Did this as a bit of a recovery run as the legs were still hurting loads from Sunday's bike. I just kept thinking, man I've had more then 24 hours recovery, how am I going to run straight off the bike on race day???
Week 6 off to a good start, though I'm very tired....4250 m swim is not going to happen tonight, I'll see how much I can manage.
