Have no idea how far...lost track a bit...having real runners trots issues. Killing me at the moment. Think I may try running in the morning rather then the evenings.

been following your progress.....you never emailed me! I am trying to do as much as kids/time/energy allows and I know it's not enough but hey, what can I do?! Looking forward to a week away with the kids and Chris just not the 6-8 of pain at the end of the week! Hope we get to meet out there before the race, take care, Chantal
