Yes, into week two now. I see they have addedd a bit to each session. Just my luck. But the plan is to try get as much done as possible.
Monday - 45min Run - 7.5km. Heart rate nice and steady, 150 average. And on the hill, it only went up to 160. So shows the fitness is improving. This is my route.

Kind of stumbled across your website. I am also doing switzerland 70.3 in June. Experiencing the usual struggle to fit training in around looking after my 2 little ones. Just thought I was say hello and maybe see you in Rapperswil!! Chantal
Hey there Chantal...glad I'm not the only crazy trying to pull this one off. Could be a real triumph or like my blog name, a whole world of pain. Please do keep in touch and let us know how your training is going. I see we’ll be in the same age group, how excellent. Would definitely like to meet up in Rapperswil…if not before.

My training basically consists of what I can, when I can.....not v scientific I know! This will be only my second triathlon of any distance, did Wimbleball 70.3 last summer as first ever tri, finished it but it hurt! Hoping things might not be as bad in Switzerland, yeah right! It's really the bike that worries me, probably because it was so horrendous last year! Off to Scotland this w/e so not alot of training going on there, what a slacker! Talk soon, Chantal
